Hi, I’m Jeanette, an experienced ADHD and Career Coach who works with adults and teenagers. I’m passionate about providing personalised coaching support for clients who are ready to move forward within their personal or professional life. ADHD coaches educate, encourage, and provide support from a holistic perspective to help clients thrive in all aspects of life.
I support adults and teenagers to develop self-awareness of their unique strengths, build confidence, identify goals, and develop strategies. Clients may focus on executive function challenges, like planning, prioritising, time management, or emotional regulation, or require support around procrastination, overwhelm, or maintaining work-life balance.
