Karate for everyone!
We aim to train the body, strengthen the mind, nurture the spirit.
GKR Karate is a family-oriented club that has been established for 40 years. Our classes welcome students of all age groups and genders, ranging from young children (5yrs +), teens, adults and families. We also have specialised introductory classes for 3 & 4 year olds.
Aside from the confidence gained when learning self-defence, karate training can have a positive impact on children’s focus, coordination, physical wellbeing and overall behaviour. For adults, karate training will not only improve fitness, balance and flexibility. It’s also an opportunity to learn something new, meet new people, relieve stress and stay healthy.
We have classes all over the North Shore, including our full-time centres in Frenchs Forest and Pymble. Check our website or call us to find the training location closest to you.
Physi Kids Physiotherapy
Children & Adolescent specific Physiotherapy.
Specialising in sports injury management, hypermobility, scoliosis, toe walking, developmental delay, genetic and neuromuscular conditions.
At Glimmer Children’s Occupational Therapy, our name is inspired by glimmers—a concept from Polyvagal Theory. Glimmers are small moments of joy, safety, and connection that help regulate the nervous system and bring us out of stress and into calm. These moments are powerful, especially for growing children. Our mission is to help your child experience more of these glimmers through meaningful connection, playful exploration, and safe, supportive relationships.
We take a relationship-based, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, believing that connection is the foundation for growth. Through this lens, we support children and families to thrive in everyday life.
