Into Focus Coaching provides ADHD coaching for adults, teenagers and parents of children with ADHD.
We assist adults with goal development and action plans, to achieve short and long-term objectives within their personal, professional, and social life.
For teenagers with ADHD, we can assist with executive function challenges, including time management, planning and prioritising, establishing routines and managing emotions.
Coaching for parents involves learning how to work with your child in a collaborative way that will make you more knowledgeable, mindful and confident in your parenting. Learn about ADHD and the latest up-to-date strategies that will enable you to support your child and help them thrive.
Individual and group training for tweens and teens. Minimal equipment. Any ability. Inclusive.
Aimed at those tweens and teens who claim sport has never been their thing yet want to exercise. We will learn correct technique with a focus on functional movement, strength, cardio and flexibility.
Movement can lead to conversation. Classes will also be a safe space to chat about life, should any participants feel they would like to.
