Before I knew it, I was planning my daughter’s 6th birthday party. She had been talking about her birthday for months, and after starting school this year, she was excited to have a birthday party where she could invite all her new friends. I was thinking of ideas and searching for party places around the Northern Beaches.
I decided to go with Bricks 4 Kidz in Collaroy because it was something a bit different where the staff would keep the kids busy the whole time with non-stop Lego party fun. They host only one birthday party at a time so a booking with them means you have exclusive run of the party venue for the duration of the party. I was blown away by how easy the whole experience was. They provided different themes to choose from (of course my daughter went with the Princesses & Palaces theme), three different package types (all reasonable priced) and the option to organise food to be delivered on the day.

We only had to arrive 15 minutes before the party was due to start, and when we arrived everything was all ready and set up for my daughter and her friends. The food was also already there in the kitchen area ready to go, so all I had to do was add any decorations and balloons I wanted and put the cake out. There were 3 hosts, as we had a total of 21 kids, who kept the kids busy for the whole duration of the party which included creative play with Lego, fun building activities with Lego and plenty of games with Lego. Also, after the food and cake, the kids had the time to do some dancing and play games such as musical statues. I didn’t have to do anything and could just watch my daughter and her friends have fun plus catch up with the parents that did decide to stay around.
If you are looking for a great party venue, I would highly recommend Bricks for Kidz in Collaroy. What makes this experience even better is that my daughter has not stopped talking about her birthday party and all the fun that she had with her new friends who all enjoyed themselves immensely. Thank you to the staff at Bricks 4 Kidz in Collaroy. They took all the stress out of organising a birthday party at this great facility and I would highly recommend for a birthday party for children ages 5 – 11.
They also do school holiday workshops and after-school activities during the term.
