Water Bird Count – Manly Lagoon

Come on down to Manly Lagoon and join a walk and talk about community bird surveys. 27 species of water birds frequent the Lagoon, usually 15 species are sighted at the regular monthly surveys.

An average of 118 birds are sighted each survey. These include cormorants, ducks, egrets & herons and many others.

Please bring binoculars (if you have them), suitable walking shoes and a pencil or pen.

Meet at Lagoon in small reserve beside 1 Lakeside Crescent North Manly.
