Teenagers First Aid Session

Let’s make sure your teenager can save their friends, siblings, grandparents or your lives!

This session will focus on how to act quickly and calmly in an emergency, baby/child/adult CPR, prevention/management of choking and topics chosen on the day such as bites/stings, poisons, broken bones, head injuries, anaphylaxis, asthma etc. This session aims to empower young people by showing them how to act in an emergency but also showing them how to keep themselves safe.

The training is delivered by registered nurses who bring everything required. Everyone gets a free first aid book so there is no pressure to remember everything on the day. There will be state-of-the-art equipment for practising CPR and asthma and anaphylaxis treatments. This will be tailored to suit the teenagers’ ages.

Parents can sit in at no cost.
