Mums n Bubs Yoga
Their Mums n Bubs course provides you with an opportunity to bond with your baby, whilst practicing yoga designed to help both your physical and emotional well-being.
They combine yoga for Mum with yoga for the baby. Each class starts with baby massage, yoga and songs; and then moved into yoga to help you strengthen and balance both body and mind.
A mum herself, Lou is a trained specialist in ore and post natal yoga.
You’ll enjoy watching how your baby laughs, gurgles, and interacts with you on the mat, and love how soundly they sleep afterwards!
You will be booked into 5 consecutive classes, but if you miss a week, you will receive up to 1 make up class which you can use for Restore, Lakeside flow, Beach Yoga or Mums n Bubs.
You may start yoga anytime, no need to wait until week 1 as courses run continually. Classes continue during school holidays.
