EPA Household Chemical CleanOut

The next Household Chemical CleanOut will be held at Warringah Aquatic Centre car park.

Items that can be dropped off include household cleaners, pesticides and herbicides, poisons, motor fuels, fluorescent globes, acids, smoke detectors, gas bottles, fire extinguishers as well as car and household batteries. View the full list

Only household chemical quantities (a maximum of 20kg or 20 litres per item) will be accepted. 

Householders and Trade painters can take up to 100L of paint (in 20L containers).

Traffic control

Please follow the instructions of the traffic controllers and be aware that there may be traffic delays.

Hosted by the NSW Environment Protection Authority and supported by Northern Beaches Council.

Please note the site will be closed the weekend of the Chemical CleanOut and will reopen on Monday 12 September. Other testing sites nearby are at 4 Russell Ave, Frenchs Forest 8am to 6pm and 120 South Creek Road, Cromer Park, 8am to 6pm
