Now, before you start thinking about your pooch planking, Doga is really about connecting with your dog through a series of stretches, breathing exercises, and massage.

It’s fun, interactive, and suitable for all age groups and all breeds of dogs. All you need is your yoga mat and your dog!

Best book in early before all the positions are taken.

Dogs should be on leash for DOGA sessions and they advise you walk your pooch before the session. Don’t forget to bring some doggy treats and doggy bags for #2s.
