We collaborate with trusted practitioners to deliver educational content through programs, interviews, workshops, and in person events. Our approach is grounded in evidence based guidance that women can confidently apply to everyday life.

Founded on Sydney’s Northern Beaches by Meghan and Sophia, Wellbelle was created from a genuine passion for preventive health and a love of building spaces where women feel supported, seen, and connected. We believe wellbeing is built through movement, nourishment, rest, mindset, connection, and joy.

Our Programs
Wellbelle programs are delivered in collaboration with experts in women’s health and fitness. Each program combines hands on coaching with practical workshops covering nutrition, gut health, fertility, hormonal health, mindset, mindfulness, breathwork, and recovery. Move with Wellbelle
Move with Wellbelle takes place every Friday morning at 6.15am at Manly Beach. This weekly gathering creates a welcoming space for women to move, exercise, and connect together. We also host monthly walks around Sydney, inviting women to slow down, reconnect, and build community.
