At The Starting Point, I support children, teens and families navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and life’s challenges. Using kinesiology and nervous system regulation, I help uncover underlying stress patterns and support the body to feel calmer, safer and more regulated. Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include nervous system support, emotional regulation tools, reflex integration and practical strategies to build resilience. My approach combines professional training with lived experience as a mum of a neurodiverse child, creating a compassionate, supportive space where healing, growth and lasting change can begin.
