I’m Amanda ( Founder of Active Collective). New mum and new Northern Beaches local myself I so excited to be able to share my knowledge and passion in women’s health during this very exciting stage of life (pregnancy – baby & beyond).
At Active Collective we have partnered with a Women’s Health Physio and Nutritionist to ensure you receive the highest level of care during this very special time.
**ALL of our sessions are modified for Diastasis Recti/ Seperation, Prolapse, Pelvic Floor weakness, Post C-Section recovery & Incontinence.
Being a mum I understand how hard it is to find time for your wellbeing and fitness goals that is why we offer the following:

We offer a wide range of style of training from Pilates, Reformer, Barre, Personal & Group Training and more.
Choose from either 1:1, 2:1 or Small Group ( Max 6) – Perfect for Mothers Groups or Girlfriends or even Husband and Wife.
