Manly beachfront Hawker-style bar and restaurant Little Pearl Bar has dropped it’s first-ever Vegan Yum Cha! Designed to share, the new 8-course VEGAN ME! menu features a host of Asian-inspired dishes and is available every Sunday for $49pp.
Vibrant, delicious, and packed with flavour, the plant-based menu includes dishes such as – Tofu Betel; Roasted rice, crispy shallots, lemongrass, Thai basil, peanut (VE, GF), Sashimi; Sesame crust not tuna (watermelon), togarashi salt, avosabi, lime, soy dressing (VE, GF), Dumplings; Garlic mushroom pot sticker sesame & soy dressing, chilli oil, crispy shallot, green onion (VE), Bao Buns; Crispy eggplant tempura bao; silken miso tofu, Asian slaw (VE), Chilli Drunken Noodles; Szechuan tofu, red onion, carrot, capsicum, sesame, Thai basil (VE), and Milk Tea Panna Cotta; boba pearls, edible flowers, sesame praline (VE, GF).
