Northern Beaches Mum Jessica got the opportunity to try the limited edition dishes at P’Nut Street Noodles in Dee Why and sent us this raving review…
Things are spicing up at P’Nut Street Noodles!
P’Nut Street Noddles have partnered up with former MasterChef finalist and award-winning Chef Matt Sinclair to bring us three exclusive new dishes available for a limited time only!
Each dish takes you on a taste journey straight to the streets of Asia and brings alive the humble and delicious flavours of street food, one slurp at a time.
Inspired by Matt’s modern and fun approach to classic Asian flavours, enjoy a twist on a classic with his Green Curry Fried Rice, rich and velvety Hoisin Duck Noodles, and an aromatic and warming Thai Coconut Soup available across all P’Nut Noodles Street locations in-store and online until 31st of October 2022.
Myself, husband and two kids ventured out for an early Sunday dinner to sit inside the restaurant at Dee Why to try the new dishes out and we weren’t disappointed. The service is super fast inside the restaurant even though the take away appeared to be really popular. It was busy with a constant queue of people and after tasting the dishes I knew why.
HOISIN DUCK NOODLES
This is a sweet and savoury match made in heaven, and so delicious.
Each Hoisin Duck Noodle dish is made with high quality Aussie duck sourced from family-owned Luv-a-Duck. Luv-A-Duck products can be found on five-star menus across the world. This is a quality dish and it was presented exactly like the picture. We couldn’t get enough of this dish.
GREEN CURRY FRIED RICE
Matt has combined two of Australia’s favourite Asian dishes, the classic Thai green curry and the humble fried rice into this one-of-a-kind dish! With all the aromatic flavours you love in Thai dishes, get ready to meet one of your new favourites – just beware of the kick! I tried Prawns in my dish and it was just yum ! But you can get Chicken, Beef, Tofu and more!
THAI COCONUT SOUP
Be prepared to be filled with this soup! With crunchy egg noodles, pickled mustard leaves, red onion and coriander. I had this with chicken but you can get with Beef, Prawn, Tofu or Vegetables. You can also get a Gluten free version using vermicelli noodles instead. I think I could seriously have this dish every lunch time and never get bored of it.
These new dishes are not here for a long time, so do yourself a favour and check them out!
