Review: Pets On A Train

Produced by the independent animation studio TAT, Pets on a Train is an exciting new animated film that rivals industry superpowers like Disney and Illumination in terms of quality and storytelling.

The film follows Falcon, a raccoon who, while attempting to steal food for his friends, becomes trapped on a speeding train controlled by criminal badger Hans. Falcon must team up with the strict police dog Rex to save the train’s animal passengers and defeat the evil badger.

It’s an action-packed and exhilarating romp that is absolutely certain to delight children and amuse parents in equal measure. The animation is incredible given the film’s independent production, rivalling Disney/Pixar in visual quality and contributing to an unforgettable moviegoing experience.

The voice cast, filled primarily with unknown voice actors, are fantastic too, delivering emotive vocal performances that really get the audience invested in their characters. But what makes Pets on a Train really special is its storytelling, offering a heartfelt tale of perseverance and redemption that will resonate with both children and adults alike.

Falcon’s arc from thief to hero is incredibly moving, and teaches the audience valuable lessons about the importance of doing the right thing. Overall, Pets on a Train is an incredibly meaningful film and will surely be a family cinema trip you won’t regret
