Brunch with Soul:
Turn up the heat with brunch at Manly’s newest Hawker-style bar, Little Pearl Bar. Brunch with Soul is the hottest brunch ticket on the Northern Beaches – enjoy a 6-course shared menu of Asian-inspired dishes, along with a 2-hour bottomless spritz menu. We went along with friends for a fun afternoon and although probably aimed at a younger crowd (we are in our 50s), we thoroughly enjoyed the food and entertainment.
You can feast on dishes including Ora king salmon betel leaves; Wok-tossed salt and pepper cuttlefish; Charred-street corn fritters with house kimchi; and Chicken and garlic chive dumplings.
The bottomless spritz menu features a fun line-up of 4 fruity flavours, including Tipsy Mango (Sparking, mango, chilli, soda) and Sour Strawberry (Sparkling, strawberry, apple, lime, soda); as well as an Apple Crumble-flavoured dessert spritz (Sparkling, apple, cinnamon, lime, soda). A selection of house wines and beers are also available as part of the 2-hour bottomless drinks package. If you don’t want to drink there are also some really nice mocktails as well as alcohol free wine and sparkling wine.
Expect live soul and RnB performances throughout from a weekly revolving roster of musical talent, courtesy of Australian powerhouse pop collective Sexy Sunday Jam (SSJ).
