About the Role…

This role will directly report to the directors in the Brookvale office. As the Office Assistant, one of the key responsibilities is to ensure that the office runs smoothly and carries out the administration duties. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and team members. Daily tasks include ensuring the office is tidy and fully stocked, ordering work and office supplies, collating & coding project supplier invoices, data entry and assisting the directors.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar office environment, have strong communication skills and is polished and articulate. We are looking for someone happy to assist with all office tasks, be professional and be a yes person.

As this is an Office role, you will be required to be in the office part-time (up to 25 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity to step into the role and be the go-to person for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, including mails, filing, distributing prints
  • Projects data entry
  • Assistant to company directors
  • Preparation of Invoices
  • Employees administrationMonitor stationery, kitchen and clothes supplies and order items as required
  • Managing the main phone line by answering the phone, distributing messages
  • Keep the office clean and neat
  • Any other tasks deemed required

About you…

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Have Australian work rights
  • The ability to learn and use company software & technology
