Yin Yoga & Acupuncture
Join them for an evening of relaxation, self-nourishment & self-love.
This class will be a mix of yin yoga, acupuncture & yoga Nidra. It will help you release stress, re-energize your body & mind and release energy blocks.
The class will begin with a yoga flow, while the acupuncture will happen while you rest into an extended savasana, where your host will take you through a 25min yoga Nidra relaxation. The acupuncture will be individualised, based on a short questionnaire and pulse diagnosis.
Whether you have tried acupuncture or not, this class is a good introduction and when mixed with yoga, it will really help you rejuvenate and rebalance.
