Winter Wellness – Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing 

Honour the reflective energy of winter with this soothing restorative experience. A combination of slow flow yoga moves, massage, restorative/yin yoga fusion and nurturing relaxation – set to a backdrop of ocean waves and Australian Crystal Sound Healing Bowls. Invite your body to replenish and your mind to relax. Meet by 4.30pm for a stroll on the sand and some gentle yoga (weather permitting) then retreat inside for restorative yoga and finish up with relaxation and bliss balls with hot ginger tea.
