Unique creative art workshop & sound healing session in Manly

Natasha Art invites you to become a part of a totally unique and creative artistic workshop combining therapeutic art practices, sound healing, mindfulness and well-being based here in the Northern Beaches.
Art, being one of the most creative ways of expressing human experience, can also soothe the mind and create feelings of well-being. Experience this sense of calm and joy by making art while listening sound healing music and drinking a cup of warm coffee or chai.
You’ll be taken on a two-hour creative journey exploring acrylic techniques, colours and a beautiful sound of crystal bowls, drums, harp and more. During this session, you’ll be guided by Natasha Art to create your own unique artwork and at the end of the class you will take home not only your unique art masterpiece but also deeper knowledge and understanding of energy, healing and culture, feeling fulfilled and inspired.
Who is this workshop for?
No prior drawing or painting experience required. If you are a creative soul or want to reconnect to your creativity and spend Sunday afternoon in a magical artistic atmosphere, this workshop is exactly for you!
Spend some quality time with your loved ones and join the workshop with a friend or family member. The workshop is also suitable for your child 10+
Session Opening Hours
Natasha Art Creative Library doors open at 4:00 pm and painting session finishes at 6:00 pm.
What is included in the cost of the ticket?
The price per seat includes everything you’ll need to create your masterpiece.
- Beautiful 16in. x 20in. stretched canvas with wood frame that you can straight hang on your wall
- Acrylic paints
- Paintbrushes
- Your artist palette & a jar of water
- Rag/paper towels
- Easel & art tools
- Coffee/Chai and a delicious dessert will be provided
PLEASE WEAR PAINTING CLOTHES and
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BRING either old towel or a plastic drop sheet to transport your partially dried painting in your car after the class.

Limited spaces, this is a small group session, only 10 participants, bookings essential!
This workshop is a very special opportunity, it does not run weekly or monthly. There are no refunds for this workshop but you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can’t make it on the day.
