Whether you’re an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, their pre-natal yoga class will provide you with tools for an empowered pregnancy and birth.
Using breath, movement, visualisation and relaxation, you will find more space in your body, create time to connect with your baby and prepare yourself for the birth.
Pre-natal yoga is also a chance to connect with other likeminded Mummas-to-be and often you’ll meet again at our Mums n Bubs classes!
You should be at least 12 weeks pregnant before commencing this class.
Their 75-minute pregnancy classes run as a 5-week course for $125.

You receive 1 make up class which, subject to availability, you can redeem at their Restore classes (Tues/Thurs 7.30pm) or Beach Yoga. (Sat 8am).
IF BUB ARRIVES EARLY?
When you have your baby, any remaining class credits are extended and you may use them for Mums n Bubs.
