Outdoor Yoga | Hyde Park
Come and enjoy a one-hour outdoor yoga class in Hyde Park. The class is a beginner/intermediate level however everyone is welcome.
The class consists of ~50 minutes energizing yoga flow before lying down for “savasana” to finish with a complete relaxing note. It also includes a few minutes dedicated to breathing exercises/meditation at the beginning and/or end of the session.
What to bring? A yoga mat or a towel to practice, comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.
Where? Hyde park on College St side, across the road is St Mary Cathedral (refer to the photo below for more details). Please arrive a few minutes before to set up you mat and get ready for the class.
PS: the event will be cancelled and refunded in case of heavy rain or if the number of people is.
In order to be COVID-19 safe, please respect social distancing in placing your mat 1.5m distance between yourself and others. If you feel unwell or have any flu-like symptoms, please stay at home to avoid transmission to others.
