Loop the Lake with Lifeline
Mental Health Month is a reminder for all of you to tune in to how you regulate your emotions and look after yourselves. There is strong evidence to support the benefits of exercise as an effective self-care and soothing tool which is why you are invited to join Lifeline Northern Beaches on a wellness walk on World Mental Health Day.
During the walk, you are encouraged to tune in to your senses – notice the earth under your feet as you walk around the trail. Listen to the birdlife and notice the changing foliage. Feel the sun on your back. Enjoy the conversation and the sense of social connection.
- You’ll be walking clockwise 8.6kms around Narrabeen Lake
- Adhering to COVID guidelines, there will be three start points with marshals at each point: 1. Tram Shed 2. Jamieson Park 3. Deep Creek
- Bring your own refillable water bottle and sunscreen
