Exercising safely during pregnancy and after birth
Tiare Gras (Pre and Postnatal Personal Trainer working in Anytime Fitness Mona Vale) and Sophie Edstein (Physiotherapist specialising in women’s health at MGS Physiotherapy Mona Vale) team up to bring a fun event together. We want to help women during pregnancy and after birth maintain or start a fitness routine and offer support and guidance for doing so safely. In this event you will learn common issues that might limit your exercise regime and first steps to strengthen core and pelvic floor. Plus you can have a chat at the end with the other mums and Tiare and Sophie to see how they might be able to help with your specific needs.
