These workshops provide a nurturing and secure environment where participants can delve into their artistic inclinations under the guidance of a qualified Art Therapist. It’s a sanctuary where one can feel encouraged to explore, experiment, and bolster their creative confidence.

Tailored for individuals aged 18 and above, these groups and workshops offer a sanctuary for self-expression and growth. While art materials and light refreshments are provided, prior artistic experience is not necessary. For those under 18, specific arrangements can be made upon reaching out.

Dubbed as ‘Create & Connect’ Open Studio Art Therapy Workshops, these sessions unfold in the physical realm of Avalon Creative Space, nestled within the Avalon Golf Club at 32 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach. Running on Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 am, the cost of participation is $40 for two hours, encompassing an extensive array of art materials. Additionally, participants are welcome to bring along their preferred materials. To ensure an intimate and conducive atmosphere, each group accommodates a maximum of 12 individuals.
