AQUA RUGBY is a 3-day floating rugby festival, with full-contact matches played atop of a 30 x 30 metre pontoon where players have to dive off the floating pitch into the water to score a try, and can be crash-tackled off the side pontoon.
A diverse mix of professional & amateur teams from all around Australia are invited to play for the Aqua Rugby trophy.
The floating festival is packed with current & former rugby stars from the Men’s & Women’s formats, with a range of rugby league marquee imports to show their skills also.

Aqua Rugby is free to attend on the shoreline with fun activities for the kids, food trucks & more whilst you watch the action on the pontoon.
They also have a range of ticketed events surrounding the pitch from enjoying an all-inclusive VIP experience aboard a yacht, to mingling with the players in the Players Pavilion. See the Tickets & Events page for more details!
