Business in the Spotlight: Ray White Northern Beaches – The Power of More

by Ray White Northern Beaches

The Northern Beaches is a place like no other. From the iconic sands of Palm Beach and Whale Beach, to the vibrant heart of Manly and the family-friendly pockets of Mona Vale, Bayview, Avalon, and Elanora Heights, this stretch of coastline represents lifestyle at its very best. It’s where families grow, communities thrive, and homes are more than just bricks and mortar – they’re part of a story.

For the team at Ray White Northern Beaches, that story is always front and centre. Backed by the strength of Australasia’s largest real estate network and part of the wider Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches Group, they call their approach The Power of More. More expertise, more collaboration, more opportunities for their clients, and more connection to the communities they serve.

Across their offices in Palm Beach, Mona Vale, Manly and Elanora Heights, this philosophy comes to life every day. Instead of working in isolation, the group brings together a collective of highly skilled agents who share knowledge, networks, and strategies to secure the best possible results. It’s a refreshing difference that clients feel from their very first meeting and it’s why the group has become one of the most trusted names in real estate along the Beaches.

Each office brings its own flavour. In Palm Beach, prestige properties and holiday escapes sit alongside welcoming family homes in Whale Beach and Avalon. The team there understands not only the unique appeal of these locations, but also the importance of discretion and creativity in marketing homes of this calibre. The Palm Beach office is home to agents like Tara Jaijee, who balances motherhood with her passion for helping families into homes across Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Avalon. It’s also where Cameron Macdonald, a brand-new dad to daughter Mabel, has been making waves in the Avalon property market. With his young family now part of the community, Cameron knows firsthand why people are drawn to Avalon’s mix of coastal charm and family-friendly lifestyle.

Further south, the Mona Vale office covers an equally dynamic market, from coastal apartments to large Bayview homes with enviable views. Local mum Emma Blake has become a trusted name for families looking to buy or sell in Mona Vale, Bayview and the surrounding suburbs. Her personal ties to the community mean she can match families to homes with an instinct that goes beyond statistics and suburb profiles.

In Manly, the market is as energetic as the suburb itself. Known for its bustling café scene, world-famous surf beach and easy commute to the city, Manly continues to attract a mix of buyers from young professionals to international families seeking lifestyle and convenience. The Manly office is made up of a strong team of agents who bring diverse expertise to the table, ensuring no client need goes unmet. Among them is Eddy Piddington, whose reputation as one of the Beaches’ top performers is well-earned. Eddy’s consistent record-breaking results reflect not just his negotiation skills but his deep understanding of what makes Manly property so desirable. Yet the strength of the office lies not in any one individual, but in the collective power of a team dedicated to collaboration.

To keep pace with demand, the group has welcomed new recruits Tim Mattinson and Nick Albert, who both bring fresh energy and strong local connections. Their arrival strengthens the team’s depth and highlights the group’s commitment to ongoing growth and excellence. The Elanora Heights office led by local Dad Duane Hunter adds yet another touchpoint, servicing an increasingly popular area for families seeking balance between city access and coastal living.

For sellers, one of the most exciting times to enter the market is Spring. Gardens are at their peak, properties are looking their best, and buyers are active as they plan for the year ahead. This Spring the Ray White Northern Beaches team are seeing increased demand across the Beaches for family homes and prestige properties alike. The team at Ray White Northern Beaches is ready for it, offering strategic campaigns that make the most of this seasonal momentum while harnessing the power of the Ray White network to draw buyers from far beyond the local market.

What truly ties it all together, however, is community. The team isn’t just selling homes here – they live, raise families, and put down roots here. They support local schools, sponsor sporting clubs, and host events that bring people together. For clients, that means they’re working with agents who care about more than just a transaction. They care about the neighbourhood, the families moving in, and the long-term future of the area.

Q&A with Tara Jaijee – Palm Beach Office

Q: Tara, what drew you to working in real estate on the Northern Beaches?

It’s such a special place with a real sense of community. Raising a family here is a true privilege. Real estate feels less like work and more like a chance to be part of people’s big life moments — helping families settle in or move on to their next chapter is something I genuinely love doing.

Q: What do you love most about working in Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Avalon?

Each spot has its own character. Palm Beach and Whale Beach have that holiday magic, but they’re also full of locals who love the lifestyle all year round. Avalon has a wonderful creative, family-friendly feel — great schools and daycare centres, lots of sports and activities, a buzzing village, and a community that looks out for each other. Helping people find their special place in these little corners of paradise is something I never take for granted.

Q: How do you balance being a mum and a successful agent?

It’s a beautiful and sometimes chaotic mix of planning, support, and a bit of juggling! Working locally makes it easier because family life and work life tend to blend together. My husband’s a huge support, and even the kids like pitching in with things like letterbox drops. Plus, the Ray White Northern Beaches team is incredibly family-oriented and collaborative, which makes a big difference. It’s busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Q&A with Emma Blake – Mona Vale Office

Q1. Why Mona Vale and Bayview…

Mona Vale is such a vibrant hub. You have Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Harris Farm. There are plenty of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes to chose from and it has a strong family community, which makes it an amazing place to call home. Bayview is probably my favourite suburb in the world, you have beautiful properties from family homes to acreages and waterfronts, it offers a very safe and relaxed lifestyle, easy access to Pittwater and beautiful walks. Having raised our girls to enjoy the very lifestyle that this area offers, I can’t think of anywhere in the world I would rather live.

Q: What sets Ray White Northern Beaches apart?

It’s the culture and the resources. We’re not just one office working in isolation. We’ve got the combined expertise of the whole Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches group behind us. That means world-class marketing, shared buyer networks, and the ability to deliver results that really stand out.

Q: Any tips for local mums considering selling their home?

Life is so busy for Mum’s these days, so making the sales process as smooth and stress-free as possible is what we are all about. We have a network of people behind us that don’t just focus on the sales side, but we also have trusted tradies, advisors, stylists, brokers, solicitors and conveyancers that can all do their part in making sure that we can help streamline the process in every possible way. Exploring an off-market approach before launching can often get you a great offer without the stress and added work of going straight to market as well as providing invaluable feedback on which direction to take.

Ray White Northern Beaches is more than just a real estate agency. It’s a collection of people – parents, neighbours, locals – working together to deliver more for their clients and their community. Whether it’s Tara guiding a family into their dream Avalon home, Emma connecting buyers to the perfect Bayview property, Cameron bringing fresh perspective as a new dad, Eddy continuing to raise the bar in Manly, or Tim and Nick joining the team with new energy, the message is clear: For families thinking about real estate on the Northern Beaches, Ray White offers the Power of More.
