The McGrath Pittwater Carols at the Beach

The McGrath Pittwater Carols at the Beach is proudly hosted by Avalon Beach Surf Life Saving Club. It is a wonderful event that brings the Pittwater community together for a night of singing, Christmas celebration, and fireworks, all set against the spectacular backdrop of Avalon Beach.

A market-style food fair opens at 4:00pm, offering a variety of delights. Pre-carol entertainment is provided by talented local community members, along with face painting and roaming characters to keep the little ones happy.

Official proceedings commence at 6:00pm, featuring the talented Jubilation choir. The night includes a special visit by Santa and concludes with a spectacular fireworks display over the beach.

This free community event has been running since 2014 (Covid permitting) and attracts over 3500 people yearly. Avalon Beach Surf Life Saving club extends a warm welcome and gratitude to their PLATINUM sponsor, McGrath Pittwater, and GOLD event sponsor, Northern Beaches Council.
