Dr. Vijay Roach
Vijay is a Visiting Medical Officer in obstetrics and gynecology in both public and private practice in Sydney. Committed to medical education, Vijay lectures at the University of Sydney. He is former Chairman of the Gidget Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation promoting the importance of emotional wellbeing among expectant and new parents. Vijay was elected RANZCOG President in 2018.

Dr. Clare Whitehead
Dr. Clare Whitehead is an obstetrician combining subspecialty Maternal-Fetal Medicine training with translational research at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne. She is also a Senior Research Fellow in the University of Melbourne Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Her research combines bench-side development of protein and genetic markers to monitor placental function with their evaluation in the clinic in combination with clinical, ultrasound, and novel MRI techniques.

Clare is a Deputy Co-Chair of the Pregnancy and Perinatal Care Panel of the Australian Government’s National COVID-19 Clinical Evidence Taskforce, and co-Principal Investigator of the national COVID-19 in Pregnancy Registry (CHOPAN).
