Negroni Gin Class

A unique, hands-on experience where you will make your very own, one-of-a-kind bottle of gin while you sip on cocktails and nibble on an antipasto platter!

This two-hour gin class is priced at $190, but in celebration of Negroni Week, it is being offered for just $145.

• COCKTAIL ON ARRIVAL – As you step into our delightful ‘Still House,’ prepare to be greeted with a mouthwatering signature Gin cocktail, expertly crafted by our mixologists. Sip on this concoction as you slip into your apron and explore the space.
• GIN MAKING – Get ready to embark on a journey into the art of gin-making! Take charge of your very own copper still, guided by our experienced instructors. You’ll have the freedom to explore and experiment with a wide array of local, familiar, and exotic botanicals. If you have a special ingredient from your garden or a favourite spice from your travels, bring it along and let your creativity run wild.
• ANTIPASTO PLATTER – While you experiment with different gin flavours, indulge in a light selection of local cheeses, meats, and fruits. The delectable antipasto platter will complement your gin-tasting adventure, enhancing the flavours of your creations.
• TAKE HOME YOUR OWN BOTTLE OF GIN – The crowning moment of this experience! Label, sign, and shrink-seal your exclusive 700ml gin bottle, complete with your unique tasting notes. And don’t forget, you’ll have some delightful leftover gin from your copper still to craft a signature cocktail of your own before leaving the Still House. Any bottled purchases you make at the bar upon completing your gin class come with a $10 discount!
