Mindfulness Meditation: Wednesday Pause – Sydney

Experiencing a lot of mental chatter? Take a break during the week, and join them for a mindfulness meditation on Zoom every Wednesday.
The intention is to cultivate calmness, inner peace and resilience. Mindfulness is about present moment awareness with equanimity, curiosity and a beginner’s mind.
These sessions are secular and draw on the principles of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Approved by the National Health Service (NHS) England as a primary care treatment, MBCT is also useful to the general population in learning to do self-care.
