Manhattan Short Film Festival 2021
Film lovers in Sydney can unite with an audience of over 100,000 film buffs in over 500 cities across 6 continents when the 24th Manhattan Short Film Festival screens at Glen Street Theatre.
Manhattan Short is more than just one of the largest short film festival’s in the world today, it is the world’s first and only global film festival.
Ten short films selected from over a thousand entries around the world will screen in venues across 6 continents during one week. Audiences at each venue are handed a voting card and asked to vote for the one film they think is best. Votes are sent through to Manhattan Short HQ and the winner is announced the following day.
From the nine short films selected for the 2020 Manhattan Short Film Festival, two of those films went onto receive Oscar Nominations. Don’t miss is a wonderful opportunity to see the next generation of feature filmmakers from around the world.
