Join the gentle exercise class, designed for the older and wiser amongst us, but with the flexibility to accommodate all fitness levels.

The weekly 30-minute Gentle Exercise Program, is designed for 50 – 70 year old’s, but also has the flexibility to accommodate all fitness levels.
Find a safe space in your home, grab a towel and water bottle, and you’re ready to exercise!

Tara is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist from Rebound Health , on the Northern Beaches.
She is passionate about helping people of all ages and walks of life use exercise and lifestyle change to better manage their health, improve their wellbeing, and keep doing the things they love.
