Breathwork & Icebaths – Manly Beach

Embark on transformative Saturdays with Breathwork and Ice Bath Sessions at Manly Beach! Participants can kickstart their day with life-changing experiences encompassing Breathwork, Meditation, Ice Baths, an invigorating Ocean Dip, Connection, Music, Laughter, and a boost of Vitality!

The phenomenal benefits extend to the Mind, Body & Soul. This inclusive gathering welcomes individuals of all ages, whether they are first-timers or regular attendees. The sessions are led by the accomplished Hypnotherapist, Breathwork instructor, and NLP Coach, Fabian Wesselink.

Attendees are encouraged to bring along friends, swimwear/towel (wetsuits considered optional!), two bags of ice per person (available at the service station or supermarket), along with a $15 gratitude exchange and a beaming smile.
