I am a Kinesiologist and Spinal Flow practitioner, as well as a mum and local on the Northern Beaches. In my clinic I love to work with families who are need support with anxiety and dysregulated nervous sytems symptoms such as behavioural issues, learning difficulties or anxiety/ depression. Spinal Flow is a modality that addresses blockages in the spine through gentle touch and kids respond very well.
