I am a Kinesiologist and Spinal Flow practitioner, as well as a mum and local on the Northern Beaches. In my clinic I love to work with families who are need support with anxiety and dysregulated nervous sytems symptoms such as behavioural issues, learning difficulties or anxiety/ depression. Spinal Flow is a modality that addresses blockages in the spine through gentle touch and kids respond very well. I believe that in balancing the nervous system you can find peace in all aspects of life and bring wellness to your body thorugh its innate ability to heal when in balance.
