We offer gymnastics classes to nurture all levels and abilities. We have recreational gymnastics classes, KinderGym classes, competitive gymnastics squads, tricking classes, tumbling classes, adults gymnastics classes, birthday parties and holiday camps. We are a registered gymnastics club with Gymnastics Australia located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Founded in 2022, Gracie Barra Mona Vale is recognised in the martial arts community for teaching the highest level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Our programs are specifically targeted to men, women and kids of all ages and skill levels.

We have a Class Program Structure that was developed by Master Carlos Gracie Jr, the son of founder of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Grandmaster Carlos Gracie Sr.

Nova provides fun dance classes for everyone to enjoy. Classes start from 2 years right up to adults…why should grown ups miss out on the fun?!
Everyone is welcome, all levels of experience, for recreation or more serious dancers.
At Nova we have over 20 years of experience developing our students’ balance, coordination, self confidence, as well as technique, all in a positive and super fun environment.
Join in the fun with tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre or acro-jazz.

Nova also does diverse & engaging school holiday workshops. Fun filled days of many creative endeavours- dance & design, mini chefs, Nova artists, pamper days, enviro art…the list goes on and on!

Hapkido is a complete art of self defence, and suitable for everyone, young to the old and any gender. Hapkido encompasses a broad range of Martial Art facets, giving everyone the opportunity to achieve a high level of fitness and good health. Build skills and confidence, self discipline and learn control of both your mind and body, also be part of a fun community.

Hapkido has had an increase in popularity due to the fact that anyone can practice this complete art of self defence, regardless of physical weight or strength, as you use circular motion to assist in overcoming your opponent's strength or attacks.

At Northern Beaches Hapkido, we offer a wide range of classes for everyone, from our Little Ninjas (4-5 year olds), Kids (6-12 year olds), Teenagers (13-17 year olds) mixed Adult classes and also Womens Only classes.
