Alex is a local Mum-of-two, and a hairdresser with over 18 years experience. After many years in the salon, and then on the road, she has decided after the birth of her second daughter to start working out of her little beach cottage tucked away in North Narrabeen.

Having trained and worked for Toni & Guy for most of her career, she specialises in women's cuts and colour; blondes, babylights, root melts, balayage, tints and everything inbetween.

Come and relax one-on-one in your own private space. With lots of flexibility, room, toys and a backyard; little ones, babies and newborns all welcome!

I am a Kinesiologist and Spinal Flow practitioner, as well as a mum and local on the Northern Beaches. In my clinic I love to work with families who are need support with anxiety and dysregulated nervous sytems symptoms such as behavioural issues, learning difficulties or anxiety/ depression. Spinal Flow is a modality that addresses blockages in the spine through gentle touch and kids respond very well. I believe that in balancing the nervous system you can find peace in all aspects of life and bring wellness to your body thorugh its innate ability to heal when in balance.
