At Glimmer Children’s Occupational Therapy, our name is inspired by glimmers—a concept from Polyvagal Theory. Glimmers are small moments of joy, safety, and connection that help regulate the nervous system and bring us out of stress and into calm. These moments are powerful, especially for growing children. Our mission is to help your child experience more of these glimmers through meaningful connection, playful exploration, and safe, supportive relationships.
We take a relationship-based, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, believing that connection is the foundation for growth. Through this lens, we support children and families to thrive in everyday life.

- MEET KAYLEE CHO
I’m Kaylee, a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist and a Northern Beaches local. I hold a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney and am fully registered with AHPRA. With over 8 years of experience, I’ve supported children from toddlers to teenagers with a range of developmental, emotional, and physical needs.
My experience includes working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Dyspraxia, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, Anxiety, developmental trauma, and attachment difficulties. I’m also experienced in supporting daily life skills such as feeding, toileting, sleep, play, and emotional regulation.
I have a strong interest in Ayres Sensory Integration and Polyvagal Theory, and I’m trained in a number of evidence-based programs including Integrated Listening Systems (iLs), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Interactive Metronome (IM). I work closely with families, believing that strong, trusting relationships are key to a child’s success.

- FUNDING OPTIONS
We welcome clients through NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed), Medicare (with GP referral), and private funding.

GEM Early Learning is a Long Day Care service, for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We are open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.

One program for all your kids!
Camp Blue Manly is a day camp located on the grounds of Stella Maris College on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Combining the incredible facilities of Stella Maris with nearby Keirle Park, Lagoon Reserve and the iconic Manly Beach, our Camp Blue school holidays programs are diverse, unique and never boring!

Each day is comprised of 4 activity periods. Our philosophy is to satisfy each camper’s individual curiosities and interests while providing them with a unique opportunity for growth. Our campers in Years 1-9 have input on their own individualised weekly schedule, with 4 of their favourite activities selected from their preferences to fill the 4 elective periods. There is also scheduled Hub time for campers to enjoy with all their peers together.
