I booked a General Pest Control Service with Pest2Kill, which is a comprehensive treatment for cockroaches, ants, spiders and silverfish.
The booking process was seamless and the helpful customer service team answered all of my questions over the phone. I received an email and SMS reminder ahead of the service date. Our technician, Josh arrived on-time and was a genuinely nice guy. He arrived with a smile on his face and was really friendly. He asked questions about what kinds of pest issues I was experiencing and where, then took the time to explain what he was going to do to rectify the situation; he was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He explained how long we would need to stay out of the house with our dogs and why. To allow us to stay in the house a little longer with the dogs, he did to the outside first. The treatment took about 1.5 hours and covered our whole property – inside and out, which included the roof space, sub-floor and garage. We headed out for a walk during the service and felt comfortable leaving Josh in our home to get the job done. He told us what he found, and after the treatment we got a report to explain his findings and information on what had been done and any recommendations. Since the treatment, we have found lots of dead cockroaches and no spiders in the house, so it has worked a treat!

Ahead of the treatment, it was recommended that we vacate for the duration of the service and approximately 1.5 hours afterwards to allow for drying time. Kids, mums-to-be and pets must be off-site – but once the products are completely dry, you can continue on as normal.
