The Practice is a Psychology and Dietetics service catering to clients across the lifespan base in both Lane Cove & Crows Nest. We have worked with individuals and families for thirteen years to improve their health and wellbeing. While we have a special interest in body image preocupation and distress, eating concerns, and eating disorder diagnosis and treatment, we also treat mood and anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, adjustment issues around work, study, parenting and life events, trauma, and we provide neuroaffirming care and assessments for Autistic and ADHDer clients.

Our team is ready to help and support you and your family. Our service directors will consider what is going on in your life and what you are after and match you with one of our 26 experienced and caring professionals. Support through difficult times and experiences, and a hand to give strategies and knowledge, are available.
