Our May 2026 speaker is Kristina Manning, presenting The Invisible Struggle: Shining a Light on ADHD in Girls on Thursday 28 May 2026 @ 10am AEST.
Many girls with ADHD appear to be coping on the outside, yet internally may struggle with intense emotions, overthinking, and the pressure to fit in socially and academically. Because their challenges often look different from more recognised ADHD behaviours, many girls go undiagnosed for years.
Join ADHD Parenting Coach Kristina Manning for a compassionate and insightful session exploring the hidden signs of ADHD in girls. She will explain why ADHD is often overlooked, how masking and social expectations can hide symptoms, and why many girls experience anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional exhaustion.
Parents and carers will gain practical insights into how ADHD can present differently in girls, along with supportive strategies to build confidence, emotional wellbeing, and self-understanding.
Kristina Manning is an ADHD Parenting Coach and founder of Calm Minds Parent Coaching. With 15 years of experience as a teacher and school counsellor, she supports families to create calmer homes, stronger connections, and practical strategies that work in everyday life.
Professionals attending will receive a Certificate of Attendance to help them keep track of their professional development.
