Our October 2026 speaker is Vivian Dunstan who will be presenting The 6 C’s of Calm, Connected Parenting: Curiosity in Practice on Thursday 15th October 2026 @ 7pm (NSW).
Join ADHD coach, educator and founder of ADHD Support Australia, Vivian Dunstan, for a practical and uplifting session exploring how curiosity can transform the way parents understand and respond to their child’s behaviour. Vivian will discuss why challenging behaviours are often clues to underlying needs, emotions and nervous system responses, rather than simply “bad behaviour.”
This session will explore how reactive parenting patterns can contribute to power struggles and disconnection, and how a calm, connected approach can better support emotional regulation, confidence and life skills in neurodivergent children. Vivian will share practical, evidence-based strategies that parents can apply in everyday family life to reduce conflict and strengthen connection at home.
Attendees will gain clear, actionable insights into supporting their child with greater compassion and understanding, and will have the opportunity to bring real-life parenting questions to a live Q&A session. All attendees will also receive a complimentary copy of Vivian’s 6 C’s of Calm, Connected Parenting eBook.
Vivian Dunstan is an ADHD coach, educator, advocate and the founder of ADHD Support Australia. She is also the author of The Ultimate ADHD Parenting Handbook and is widely recognised for translating ADHD research into practical, family-friendly strategies grounded in both lived experience and professional practice.
Professionals attending will receive a Certificate of Attendance to help them keep track of their professional development.
