Stony Range Festival

Dee Why NSW

Description

Join us at Stony Range Botanic Garden, a beautiful oasis of Australian native plants in Dee Why, to celebrate the arrival of Spring with the Stony Range Festival! Enjoy fun activities for everyone, including native plant sales and a raffle with a chance to win a large box of native plants. Listen to live music featuring Matt on Didgeridoo and Alex on Electric Harp. Savor some local native honey and grab a sausage sizzle with tea, coffee, and cordial. Explore the Australian Plant Society coffee shop, discover Aboriginal artefacts, and check out the coastal environment display. Kids will love face painting, the craft table, “guess the number of gumnuts,” and growing their own ‘magic bean’ plants. Plus, there will be live animal presentations featuring native bees, frogs, and tadpoles. Come celebrate Spring with us—there’s something for everyone!
