On 4 March 2026, Red & Yellow Day is coming to honour the local surf lifesavers who keep families safe at the beach, season after season. It’s a feel-good national celebration of the red and yellow flags we all know and trust — and the volunteers behind them.

It’s a perfect chance for mums and kids to talk about beach safety, show support for local legends, and be part of a day that’s all about community, care, and saving lives. Easy, meaningful, and very Northern Beaches.
