Our November 2026 speaker is Dr Russell Ramsay, presenting Once I Get Started: Living with Adult ADHD on Thursday 19 November 2026 @ 10am AEDT.

Join leading psychologist Dr Ramsay for a practical and engaging session on the realities of adult ADHD. As more adults seek support, many still face ongoing challenges such as procrastination, poor time management, and difficulty following through on strategies—making daily responsibilities and long-term goals harder to manage.

This session will explore current understandings of adult ADHD and why these challenges persist, even with strong motivation. Dr Ramsay will introduce key elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) adapted specifically for adults with ADHD, offering practical tools to improve follow-through, organisation, and daily functioning.

Attendees will gain actionable strategies to better manage common ADHD difficulties, build sustainable habits, and approach challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Dr Russell Ramsay is a psychologist specialising in adult ADHD assessment and treatment. He has lectured internationally, authored six books on adult ADHD—including Once I Get Started—and is a CHADD Hall of Fame inductee.
