The Northern Beaches community is invited to a workshop in September featuring Clara Roza from Clara’s Urban Mini Farm. Clara will share her knowledge on how to grow a variety of mushrooms, covering topics like:

• Making an indoor Oyster Mushroom grow bucket
• Growing Wine Cap and Portobello mushrooms in your garden
• Cultivating Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms on inoculated logs
• Safe cooking and foraging for local mushrooms

Entry is by donation (recommended $5). Organic teas and coffees will be available for a small donation to PNB.

Attendees are welcome to bring a small plate to share and check out the swap table for any produce, plants, or useful items they’d like to exchange. We hope to see you there!
