As Autumn unfolds in all its vibrant colours, join us for a day of renewal and inspiration at the Embodied Expression Day Retreat, where movement, mindfulness, and creativity come together in harmony. Guided by the belief that creativity is a spiritual and embodied practice, this retreat invites you to explore how movement, mindfulness, and art can serve as powerful tools for healing and self-discovery. Through yoga, meditation, and watercolour painting, you’ll break through the barriers of fear and self-doubt to reconnect with your inner wisdom, embrace joy and playfulness, and express yourself intuitively, all while being inspired by the unique beauty of Australia’s native bushland.

- Guided 2-hour watercolour painting workshop with an expert Sydney artist

What to bring:
- Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace the day
- Yoga clothes and a comfortable and warm change of clothes for the painting workshop and yin yoga session
- Drinking water
- BYO Yoga mat, blocks, bolsters/pillows, and blankets for comfort (Props will be available at the venue but will be limited).
- A journal and writing pen
- Any extra art materials (basic watercolour painting art materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own)
