Come along to their group to share your concerns and get help and support.
The ‘Lounge Chat’ provides a safe space to share and be supported in a confidential environment with others who are also caring for a relative who feels suicidal.
The group runs every Thursday for six weeks (from 18 Feb to 25 Mar).
The following will be covered:
- Discuss how to talk about a suicide attempt: to family members/social circle and the person who attempted suicide
- Psycho-education about why people attempt suicide
- How to talk about safety
- Resources/referrals to support family members & person who attempted suicide
- Looking after yourself
