This workshop will help kids to explore different layers of themselves through a combination of movement, mindfulness and creative artwork. Through creative ideas, we will support the participants to open up their heart and mind – allowing them the space, to explore what it is that really makes them thrive! They will leave the workshop with a few special items that they can use at home.
