Discover Ability Day 2022 is free event focusing on fun activities on the Northern Beaches aimed at people with disability.
They have invited services and groups to showcase their inclusive activities to the community to encourage community connections across the Northern Beaches and an active and healthy lifestyle.
The event will be held at PCYC in Dee Why and includes:
- Music Performance from Tuned In Music Therapy at 2.30pm
- Music Performance with Umbrella School of Music at 3pm
- Singalong session with Umbrella School of Music at 3.40pm
- Exercise demonstration with Support Ability Fit at 4.15pm
- Social interactions workshop – Friends Matter
- Wheelchair basketball
- Inclusive Baseball and T-ball – Forest Baseball Club
- 10 stalls with local services
- Free coffee for all attendees from the PCYC cafe!
